Leah Forester is an interior and event stylist who specializes in creating inspirng environments. Her career began in the fashion industry in New York City in the 90s, working for such legends as Diane Von Furstenberg, Isaac, Mizrahi, and Vera Wang.

After working in the inspiring environments of these icons, Leah paired up with another top fashion executive and together they created the first of its kind by appointment only boutique in New York City, Decollage. Decollage was housed in a historic five story townhouse in the emerging West Village which was styled as a fantasy woman’s home. Selling vintage clothing from London, unique works of functional art, and one-of-a-kind, runway creations from top fashion designers, Decollage was also an event space that showcased emerging designers and artists. Decollage was a huge success, featured in every top magazine of the time — Vogue, Harper Bazaar, Elle Magazine, Harpers and Queen, the New York Times and so on.

Her early days of working as a public relations director and fashion show producer eventually lead to work as an editorial and commercial fashion stylist for national magazines and corporations. After many years of creating editorial spreads with top photographers, she moved on to become the fashion director of C Magazine, the premier magazine for California lifestyle.

Desiring to bring her creations into 3-D form, she began to create environments through interior styling. This eventually led to the creation of her unique concept, The Venice Supper Club, a private dining experience held in a loft in Venice, CA where bespoke menus were paired with unique forms of entertainment and lavish tablescapes.

Pairing stunning interiors with unique entertainment, and other forms of inspiring art has been a passion that is now in full bloom at Casa La Huerta, an iconic Villa in Costa Careyes. Purchased in 2020 shortly after the pandemic, Casa La Huerta was fully renovated into a sanctuary of light, shadow, and surreal art. Considered one of the most unique and contemporary villas now in Careyes, the nine bedroom home has also been honored to collaborate with Bvlgari, the legendary jewelry house from Rome. One of La Huerta‘s most striking elements is the Serpiente Pool, which is the centerpiece of the property. With a stunning mosaic tile serpent running the length of the pool and culminating in a solid 18 karat gold, forked tongue, the serpent motif was inspired by a vintage Bvlgari necklace and the brand has twice joined forces with Casa La Huerta to feature their only pop-up shop and party in Careyes.
