When we host our Sacred Tea Ceremony at the Venice Supper Club, I’m often cooking for 20 ladies.  We’ve just ingested 1000 year old+ Living Teaand we need nourishing, clean, delicious food.  This menu does the trick.  It’s easy to cook and easy to serve.  Just create a “bowl bar” with all the items and people can customize their own bowls with broth, grain, proteins, greens, sauces, and toppings.  The buffet experience also offers guests a chance to interact and get to know each other better before dinner.  The fun part for me is seeing how each bowl at the table is it’s own little work of art.
