Teriyaki Proteins: This is a super simple way to offer a lot of choice with one recipe.  Make enough teriyaki sauce to marinate several things in different dishes and then cook them all separately at the same time.  Boom.  You’ve got a fish, chicken, and vegetarian option so everyone at the table is taken care of.  These mix really well with the Miso Broth and Jade Bamboo Rice for a broth or grain bowl meal.  Add greens, sauce and toppings and you have a beautiful customized creation.  The components can be mixed a variety of ways so with leftovers you can have other meal options.  A piece of teriyaki salmon and salad makes a great lunch the next day.  The options are endless.
