This is my husband’s recipe, sort of. I’ve added some spice to it but this is the one thing he makes in the kitchen… and it’s perfect. It’s so easy a non-cooking man can do it! This is a heavenly, creamy alternative to a dairy topping for things like porridge, granola, or cold cereal. My favorite ingredients to use are from Essential Living Foods.
Ingredients (4 cups):
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup raw organic cashews
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 dropper Vanilla Creme Stevia
Blend for 1 minute on high in Vitamix or other high powered
blender. Inhale the frothy deliciousness. Drink it. xxx, Leah
